Bulgaria marks the 137 anniversary of the Unification of the Principality of Bulgaria and Eastern Rumelia. Traditionally, Plovdiv is the the center of events celebrating the Unification Day. Plovdiv Metropolitan Nikolay served a solemn service in the Holy Assumption Cathedral Church.
