Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Friday, September 16

On Friday maximum temperatures will reach 29-34°C, in southeastern Bulgaria up to 37°C, in Sofia - 29°C. Over the country there will be scattered medium and high clouds, more significant over northern Bulgaria, where there will be brief showers. 

Along the Black Sea coast it will be sunny with light to moderate northwest wind. Maximum temperatures will be 29-33°C. Sea water temperatures - 22°-24°C. The sea swell will be up to 3. 

There will be scattered clouds over the mountains, with strong westerly winds blowing at higher altitudes. Showers and thundershowers are possible in places. The maximum temperature at 1200 m will be up to 25°C, at 2000 m - up to 17°C.

A cold front will pass over the country over the weekend.
