Police intercepts another bus with illegal immigrants

Police intercepted a Turkish bus boarded with 41 illegal immigrants on Friday morning. The bus was caught on Trakia motorway on its way to Sofia. 

The bus driver refused to stop after being flagged down by a police officer. The bus was intercepted near the village of Muhovo after a police chase. 

The driver and the migrants were detained at the police station in the town of Ihtiman. 37 migrants were found in the luggage compartment. 

Just over a month ago, a heavy traffic accident occurred in the town of Burgas after a police chase. Migrant smugglers driving a bus with illegal migrants hit a police car and killed two police officers who had tried to intercept them.
