46% of Bulgarians who took part in the latest Eurobarometer poll do not approve of adopting the common currency of the EU - the euro. For half a year, the group of Bulgarians who express approval has risen by three percent to 40%. A year and a half before the deadline that Sofia has set as the goal for Bulgaria to enter the Eurozone, 14% of those surveyed say they have no opinion about the euro. No other country in the EU has such a high proportion of people without an opinion.

The highest disapproval of the common currency is in Sweden - 72%, in Denmark - 69% and in the Czech Republic - 59%. In Croatia, where prices are already in kunas and euros, as next year they will be only in euros, supporters of the European currency are 52% and the opponents - 49%.
