One Covid-related death registered in Bulgaria in past day

There were 188 new Covid cases registered in Bulgaria on Sunday, which is 81 less in comparison to the day before. 66% of the newly infected are non-vaccinated people. 14.9% of 1,261 tests were positive, compared to 14.6% on Friday, according to the coronavirus.bg portal.

The total number of infected people in this country is 9,462. On a weekly basis, a decline of 792 is seen in the number of infected. 12 patients were admitted to hospitals. 11 of them or 91.7% were not vaccinated. The total number of hospitalized patients increased by two to 484 as 28 are in intensive care.

One Covid patient, who had not been immunized, died during the day. 21 recovered. A total of 59 vaccines were administered on Sunday.
