Bulgarians remaining in Russia are advised to exercise increased vigilance, to avoid places with gatherings of people and to pay attention to the development of the situation.

In case of need for assistance, Bulgarian citizens can contact the embassy in Moscow and the Consulate General in St. Petersburg, as well as the "Situation Center" in the ministry by email: crisis@mfa.bg or phones: +359 2 948 24 04, +359 2 971 38 56.
