The number of people who choose the option “I do not support anyone” has increased, the Central Election Commission’s Spokesperson Tsvetozar Tomov said for Nova News. Nearly 35,000 voters chose this option at the previous elections in November last year. Their number has more than doubled at the October 2 elections. 3.4% of all voters have chosen the option “I do not support anyone” which is almost enough to form a parliamentary group, Tvetozar Tomov noted.

According to the sociologist, voter turnout was 39.4%. In his words, the parties should form a cabinet that would govern the country at least until the local elections in the autumn of 2023.
