A new social programme will support elderly people and people with disabilities. A total of 32,000 elderly people and persons with disablities in need of special care will be served in their homes.
The social service is under a new programme named “Home Care” and will last 12 months. It is a continuation of the previous "Patronage Care" programme. Municipalities can apply separately or in partnership with other municipalities to provide care to the needy. The programme envisages food deliveries, deliveries of basic necessities, psychological support, etc.
