A new social programme will support elderly people and people with disabilities. A total of 32,000 elderly people and persons with disablities in need of special care will be served in their homes.
The social service is under a new programme named “Home Care” and will last 12 months. It is a continuation of the previous "Patronage Care" programme. Municipalities can apply separately or in partnership with other municipalities to provide care to the needy.
