Should Russia’s Ambassador to Bulgaria Eleonora Mitrofanova be invited to the inaugural sitting of the new parliament? This question sparked sharp dispute among the members of the new 48th National Assembly which is to start work on October 19.
The coalition "Democratic Bulgaria", which has already announced that it will submit a draft resolution on sending military-technical assistance to Ukraine immediately after the convening of the new National Asssembly, has proposed that the Ambassador of the Russian Federation Eleonora Mitrofanova is not on the list of officials invited for the ceremony.
