We will not allow the Bulgarian border, which is an external border of the European Union, to be used for domestic political purposes. Parts of the Capitan Andreevo checkpoint, where the state exercises sanitary control, are already subject to national security. The premises have a special access regime and will be guarded by the State Agency for National Security, interim Agriculture Minister Yavor Gechev said after the government meeting.
