Interior Ministry shake-up due to inadequate control

Three heads of district police departments and the former head of the traffic police commissioner Tencho Tenev have not exercised adequate control in the case of Georgi Semerdizhev, accused of the serious car accident on Blvd. "Cherni Vrah" in Sofia in July, in which two young women died.
