A day before the first sitting of the new Bulgarian parliament, chief prosecutor Ivan Geshev sent a letter to every MP, in which he called for a "thorough and comprehensive judicial reform" and expressed readiness for a dialogue with the institutions.
"After forming the parliamentary groups, I am ready to respond at the first opportunity to your invitations to discuss the necessary changes needed to overcome the challenges to legality and justice," he wrote.
