Boyko Borissov: Parties should unite around a cabinet of experts

GERB can not form a government because it meets a refusal for dialogue from We Continue the Change, which is the second largest parliamentary group. This was announced at a briefing by party leader Boyko Borissov.

"It makes no sense to talk about a first, second or third mandate, he said. It is not fair to waste time while we propose a minority government that will not be supported. Then it will be up to the second party to form a cabinet, which will obviously not be supported either, nor will the third party” Borissov said.

He said a possible option is for the main political parties to unite around a cabinet of experts to govern during the winter months, and for the new parliament to extend this year's budget.
