Membership in the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is a strategic priority for Bulgaria. We share the values and principles of the OECD countries, President Rumen Radev said after a meeting with OECD Secretary General Matthias Cormann. Membership will give us the opportunity to create a much better business climate and accelerate our growth, Radev pointed out. He thanked the guest for his support and significant contribution to the OECD enlargement process.

We have been working in Bulgaria for several years now; we are moving to the next level, hoping that you will join as a full member, Cormann said and recalled that the OECD unites like-minded countries applying common development principles.
