The BSP will not withdraw its bill for changes in the Electoral Code.

"We will not accept a dialogue with an ultimatum," said "BSP for Bulgaria"'s chairwoman Kornelia Ninova in a statement from the parliamentary rostrum. In her words, half of the Bulgarian people want to vote with paper ballots, half - with machines and it is best to give them a choice.

"We Continue the Change" and "Democratic Bulgaria", however, maintain their position that they will return to the plenary only if the controversial amendments are withdrawn.
