The Ukrainian authorities began to evacuate the remaining residents of Kherson after the withdrawal of Russian troops, BTA informed. Kherson's infrastructure was destroyed to such an extent that the Ukrainian authorities recommended that citizens leave the city temporarily. The Russian forces, which have deployed on the opposite bank of the Dnieper River, continue shooting with artillery against the city.
