Bulgaria can be helpful to the Republic of North Macedonia on its path to EU with experience

Ministers Yavor Gechev and Ljupco Nikolovski discussed in Skopje the prospects for cooperation between Bulgaria and North Macedonia in the sphere of agriculture. According to information of the Bulgarian Ministry of Agriculture, Minister Gechev has outlined specific points on which the two countries can work together. They include steps to protect products with geographical indications, opening joint tourist and wine routes, hunting tourism.

At the meeting, Minister Gechev said that Bulgaria was ready to share its experience of joining the EU and the common market, as well as its good practices and this exchange can begin right now. During the visit, the Bulgarian delegation visited a workshop for organic foods, as well as wine cellars financed by pre-accession funds.
