Temperatures rise, but forecast remains for cloudy and foggy weather 

It will be mostly cloudy and foggy overnight, with rain showers in places. A light to moderate southwesterly wind will blow across eastern Bulgaria. Minimum temperatures will be between 4° and 9°C, in Sofia 3°-4°C. 

Tomorrow, December 9, there will be heavy clouds, while over the eastern half of the country the clouds will be mostly high. There will be fog in many places in the lowlands before noon. A light to moderate south-southwesterly wind will blow, in the Danube plain - a light easterly wind. The weather will be relatively warm with maximum temperatures between 11° and 19°C, slightly lower in the western parts of the Danube Plain, around 13°C in Sofia. 

In the mountains there will be patchy high clouds, more significant over western Bulgaria. There will be moderate to strong westerly and southwesterly winds. The maximum temperature at 1,200 meters will be about 9°C, at 2,000 meters - about 3°C.
