“A 160+ majority is possible to form a government. However, there must be clearly spelled out rules. We are for a coalition cabinet". This was commented on bTV by the chairman of the smallest parliamentary force, Bulgarian Rise, Stefan Yanev. According to him, a technocratic government cannot be expected, because it must be clearly known who takes responsibility.

He stated that if the third mandate comes to his party, he is ready to take on the role of prime minister, but with clearly defined rules, priorities and horizons. "We are in favour of a dialogue with everyone and we hope to find the right ones. We do not exclude anyone," Yanev added.
According to him, it is important to have a regular government in order to outline the new perspectives for Bulgaria.
