Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Monday, January 16

Warm week with spring values

On Monday the minimum temperatures will be from minus 1 to 4°C, in Sofia - around minus 1°C. At the end of the day, clouds from the west will bring light rain over northwestern areas. Maximum temperatures will be 5 to 10°C, in the capital - 7°C. 

Along the Black Sea coast, maximum temperatures will be 9-10°C, the same as the sea water. The sea swell will be 2-3. 

Over the mountains it will be cloudy, but almost without precipitation. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m will be about 3°C, at 2,000 m. - minus 1°. 

On Tuesday and Wednesday it will warm up and southwest wind will bring spring temperatures, especially for eastern Bulgaria.
