BSP leader Korneliya Ninova is moderately optimistic about a possible future cabinet, BTA reported. Speaking to journalists in the parliament, Ninova said that she had sent official letters for an upcoming leadership meeting with invitations to the leaders of the other political formations in the 48th National Assembly.

The meting is scheduled for tomorrow at 11:00. The leader of GERB Boyko Borissov confirmed participation in the meeting but the chairman of "Democratic Bulgaria" Hristo Ivanov refused participation in such a format. He said that his group did not refuse talks and was ready to meet openly with the BSP, but in a bilateral or tripartite format with "We Continue the Change". "The Movement for Rights and Freedoms" expressed readiness for dialogue. Kostadin Kostadinov, leader of "Vazrazhdane" said that his group would not participate in the general meeting. The leader of "Bulgarian Rise", Stefan Yanev, will respond to the invitation of Korneliya Ninova and expressed hope that the talks would be constructive. According to Yanev, the purpose of the talks is to find the points of contact in order to form a government.
