“Nexo is a Swiss company and it is registered in Switzerland which means the National Revenue Agency cannot check up, in Switzerland, on any company,” Boris Mihaylov, head of the National Revenue Agency stated in parliament.
Answering a question about the information that Democratic Bulgaria has been financed by the cryptobank, he pointed out that the donors of the coalition who were employed by or who are currently working for Nexo, can be subject to a tax inspection.
