One fifth of Bulgarians have been in a car with a driver who has consumed alcohol. 275,000 people (5% of the country’s population) were driving under the influence of alcohol, indicates data of a survey conducted by Research Center Trend, commissioned by "24 Chassa" daily.
According to the survey, 37% of respondents have witnessed how their relative or acquaintance get behind the wheel after using alcohol or drugs.
