Weather forecast: Sun, clouds but no precipitation

On Wednesday minimum temperatures will range from 1° and 6° C., lower in the lowlands of Western Bulgaria, for Sofia 1° C. Daytime temperatures will reach 15°-20° C., for Sofia around 15° C.

Over the Black Sea coast there will be sun with temporary clouds. Maximum temperatures 11° C. to the North and up to 16° C. to the South, temperature of the sea water 7°-8° C.  

Over the mountains there will be sun but clouds will later develop. No precipitation is in the forecast. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m. 8° C., at 2,000 m. around 1° below zero.

On Thursday temperatures will go up by 1-2 degrees.

In Europe the lowest temperatures will be in Stockholm and Saint Petersburg – around zero. There may be snow to the North. The highest temperatures will be in Bucharest, Belgrade, Athens and Rome - 18° C. In Paris - 14° C., Istanbul - 15° C., and in Madrid 16° C. Over the Iberian Peninsula, the Western Balkans and in Central Europe there will be clouds, precipitation is in the forecast.

In New York and Montreal temperatures will be minus 3° and minus 2° C., in Vancouver and in Chicago 8° and 4° C., respectively. To the South in Los Angeles 14° C., in Miami, Huston and Mexico City 29° C.
