Bulgaria reports 3 Covid-related deaths in past day

93 is the number of new Covid-19 infections registered in the country out of 2,522 tests performed in the past 24 hours, 22 down on the previous day. The positivity rate stands at 3.68% versus 3.7% on Tuesday, Single Coronavirus Information portal data show. More than 62% of the new cases of coronavirus infection are among the unvaccinated.

Active cases decreased by 32 to 3,021. 24 people have been admitted to hospital in the past day. 66.67% of them were not inoculated against Covid-19.

235 patients with an established coronavirus infection are being treated in hospital, as 25 are in intensive care units.

3 Covid-related deaths have been registered in the past day. 122 people have been reported cured.

66 vaccine doses were administered on Wednesday.
