On Tuesday, the lowest temperatures in Bulgaria will range from minus 3 to 2°C. It will be minus 2°C in Sofia. During the day it will be mostly sunny with scattered clouds and light southerly wind. Daytime temperatures will range from 15 to 20°C; in Sofia - about 16°.
It will be sunny at the Black Sea coast. The highest temperatures will be 9-12°C. Seawater temperature is 8-9°.
In the mountains it will be warm and sunny with scattered high clouds. The maximum temperature at 1200 meters will be about 11°C; at 2000 meters – about 3°C.

The temperature will be up to 17° in Los Angeles and up to 27° in Miami; 23° is expected in Mexico City; 32 and 28° in Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro. In Dubai it will be up to 33°C; in Jerusalem and Tehran up to 23 and 17°, respectively.
