Fifty-four migrants from Afghanistan have been detained during a roadside check on Trakia motorway. All are male, and include two boys under the age of 16.
The migrants were found in the cargo compartment of a bus with a 35-year old Bulgarian national at the wheel. The foreigners were bound for Sofia and from there – for Serbia. The driver has been detained, the bus is being held as evidence.
