There will be stormy wind in the mountains. It will be cloudy with light snowfall. The highest temperature at an altitude of 1200 m will be 0°C; at 2000 meters - minus 8°C.
On Thursday, daytime temperatures will rise by 4-5°C and the cloudiness will decrease.

The temperature will reach 11°C in Berlin and 19°C in Paris. In Madrid and Rome it will be 26 and 17°C, respectively. In Belgrade the temperature will reach 12°C. In Bucharest and Athens it will be 8 and 14°C; in Istanbul – about 9°C.
In New York and Montreal it will be 7 and 1°C; in Vancouver and in Chicago it will be 3 and 1°C. About 14°C is expected in Los Angeles, 22°C in Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro. It will be 28°C in Dubai, 16 and 19°C in Jerusalem and Tehran, respectively.
