Cloudiness will be changeable and in some places, mainly in eastern Bulgaria, precipitation can be expected. The highest temperatures will be range from 6 to 11°C; in the capital city - up to 6-7°C.

In Bucharest and Athens it will be 8 and 14°C; in Istanbul – about 9°C.
In New York and Montreal it will be 7 and 1°C; in Vancouver and in Chicago it will be 3 and 1°C. About 14°C is expected in Los Angeles, 22°C in Buenos Aires and Rio de Janeiro. It will be 28°C in Dubai, 16 and 19°C in Jerusalem and Tehran, respectively.
