Turnout as of 1 p.m. was 18 percent, according to Gallup International Balkan estimates. Compared to the previous vote on October 2, it was 0.4% higher. According to pollster Yanitsa Petkova, the election will be decided in the afternoon when the undecideds go to vote. Until now, she said, it has been mostly the staunch supporters of the parties who have voted, as well as people who had decided in advance which political formation to choose.
