Radan Kanev, leader of Democratic Bulgaria, which is part of the coalition that took second place in the parliamentary elections on April 2, stated that he does not see an option for a coalition with GERB.

"We do not have a political mandate from our voters to form a coalition government with GERB, because we promised the exact opposite during the election campaign," he said.

According to him, there are formulas for forming a government that are not a political coalition. Kanev defined as gossip the claims of the former MP from We Continue the Chage Ivan Hristanov that a minister in charge informed him about negotiations between GERB and DB to form a government. Yesterday, We Continue the Change also announced that they will not participate in a coalition with GERB.

The first press conference of "We Continue the Change- Democratic Bulgaria" after the elections is planned for Friday.
