Sofia Airport wage increase after strike readiness announced

An agreement has been reached on a new collective agreement for Sofia Airport employees between employer SOF Connect and the trade unions, airport management said. According to the agreement, the basic salaries of the airport's employees will increase by 14.5% from the beginning of the month, while the total remuneration and benefits package will increase by 20%. 
Earlier today, Vanya Grigorova, an economic advisor at the Podkrepa trade union, wrote on Facebook that Sofia Airport employees are in strike readiness over low wages.
