The Deputy Chairman of GERB, Tomislav Donchev, stated that in order for GERB to give up the first mandate in favour of "We Continue the Change" - "Democratic Bulgaria", they must have sure guarantees that a government will be formed with the second mandate
On the sidelines of the parliament, when asked whether GERB is ready with its own composition of the Council of Ministers, Donchev answered: "We have personnel, expertise, and experience. We are ready with more than one lineup."

Nikolay Denkov, an MP from "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" said that the coalition intended to propose the composition of a government, but at the moment it was not ready to discuss names.

MRF, ITN and BSP are ready for negotiations if they are invited.
