We call for an immediate end to the politically motivated trials against the leaders of the Macedonian Bulgarians who seek equality and a dignified place among the rest of the citizens of North Macedonia, Elisaveta Belobradova said in the National Assembly reading a declaration on behalf of "We Continue the Change - Democratic Bulgaria" on the occasion of 120 years since the death of revolutionary Gotse Delchev.

With a declaration of "There is Such a People" party, Toshko Yordanov, recalled that their party and "Vazrazhdane" did not support lifting of the veto for EU Membership negotiations between Skopje and the EU. "After lifting the veto even greater terror started in North Macedonia against the Bulgarians and now there will also be a political trial," Yordanov said.

Georg Georgiev from GERB said that we must remember Delchev's legacy and added that Bulgaria should work not only for its own, but also for the common European interest.
