Bulgaria’s Julia Stamatova wins tennis title at Monastir

Julia Stamatova has won the title at the clay court tennis tournament in Monastir, Tunisia, with prize fund USD 15,000.  The competitor from Bulgaria won at the finals versus Marie Villet of France by 6:3, 7:6(5) without a lost set, earning 10 points in the world rankings and USD 2,352. 

This is her third trophy in professional tennis, and her first since 2019.
