“Bulgaria insists on an exception being made for essential oils in the drafting of the European amendments on the use of chemicals,” said Deputy Prime Minister Atanas Pekanov in answer to a question from an MP, connected with the concerns of rose growers that the planned changes will prohibit the use of their products in the food and the cosmetics industry.
