Bulgaria's caretaker Minister of Tourism Ilin Dimitrov has officially opened the summer tourist season in Bulgaria in the seaside resort "Sts. Constantine and Elena". He predicted an increase in the number of guests between 5 and 7 percent compared to the record for the sector in 2019.

Bulgaria is in sixth place in the world in terms of industry recovery, the minister emphasized, adding that the tourism business is active and the Bulgarian accommodation bases are wonderful. The big question, according to him, is what quality of service we will offer to vacationers.

This year Bulgaria expects many tourists from Romania, as well as more guests from Poland, the Czech Republic and Israel.
