Speaking to BNR, Nikola Minchev, deputy speaker of the 49th National Assembly expressed hope that an agreement on a regular government would be reached, no matter how small the possibilities.
"We all realize that there is a need for a regular government," he pointed out and added that the decision was a matter of discussion between the eight parties in the "PP-DB" coalition. According to Minchev, results from the point of view of the development of the country are in the first place, as political instability costs Bulgaria a lot.
