Grigor Dimitrov started his participation in the Roland Garros grand slam tennis tournament by defeating Timofey Skatov, Kazakhstan by 6-0, 6-3, 6-2. The Russian player, who plays for Kazakhstan, is in 147^th position in the ATP rankings. In the next round Grigor Dimitrov will be playing versus Emil Ruusuvuori, Finland, who defeated Grégoire Barrère of France in a marathon match lasting 4 hours, 17 minutes.

“It is definitely not going to be an easy match. He plays very well. Last year he had some good wins against good players. I feel well, I hope my body will be in shape on Thursday. It won’t be an easy match,” Grigor Dimitrov said.
