Bulgaria extends condolences on Odisha train accident in India

Following the tragic train accident in India, the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry published a message of condolences on social networks. 

"Sincere condolences on the tragic train collision in the Indian state of Odisha that claimed hundreds of lives," the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry tweeted. The message added: "We extend our sincerest condolences to the families of the deceased, and hope for a successful rescue operation and speedy recovery of the injured."

More than 280 people were killed and 900 injured on Friday when a passenger train collided with a freight train in the Indian city of Balasore, in one of the worst railway accidents in recent history.
