“I am not going to criticize the budget now, there are things we do not agree with. There are sectors which care very much what this budget will be like, and the investment mechanisms,” GERB leader Boyko Borissov said in parliament. Asked whether GERB/SDS would support the budget presented by Finance Minister Assen Vassilev, Borissov said the fact there was no coalition agreement meant having to talk with Assen Vassilev first. “If the things we do not agree with can be removed, then together we can share the responsibility for this budget,” Boyko Borissov commented.

GERB’s position on North Macedonia, on Ukraine, the judicial reform has been highly appreciated in Brussels and this is what paved the way for our European commissioner, Borissov said further.
