National Assembly Foreign Affairs Committee adopts a draft declaration on Ukraine

The National Assembly Foreign Affairs Committee adopted a draft declaration in support of Ukraine's accession to NATO after the war. The declaration was submitted by GERB-SDS, We Continue the Change –Democratic Bulgaria, the Movement for Rights and Freedoms and There is Such a People

According to the declaration, the fastest track to the restoration of peace in Ukraine, the Black Sea region and Europe is the full and immediate withdrawal of the Russian Federation beyond the internationally recognized borders of the affected sovereign states. The declaration also calls for continued military and technical support for Ukraine. According to “Vazrazhdane” party, the declaration that will be submitted to Parliament on Wednesday is one-sided and biased.
