The wildfire in the vicinity of Kazanluk and Muglizh has been restricted within the bounds of the territory engulfed by fire yesterday.
At this time there is no fire, only smoke. Stara Zagora’s regional governor Iva Radeva told the BNR she hoped the situation on site would remain calm during daylight hours. The cause of the fire has not been established yet, though human negligence is the most probable cause, she said, and added that temperatures are currently very high, and, according to weather forecasts, will remain high during the next 10 days and there will be strong winds.
