Culinary Heritage of Thrace festival will taka place in Bulgaria's Ivaylovgrad

The 10th anniversary edition of the Culinary Heritage of Thrace festival will be held in the Dupkata locality in the town of Ivaylovgrad, Haskovo region, on September 1 and 2. 

During the event, there will be demonstrations of food and crafts - traditional lyutenitsa, soap making, craft beer, cold pressing of nut butters, making candies from an authentic product, zelnik, pies, baklava, herbs and wine and brandy from local producers. 

Guests from France, Greece and Turkey will present dishes traditional to their countries.

The opening is today at 7:00 p.m., and the main program is on September 2 at 12:00 p.m.
