Sunny and warm Sunday expected in Bulgaria

On Sunday, it will be mostly sunny with maximum temperatures between 28°C and 33°C, in Sofia - around 29°C. Weak, moderate northeasterly wind will blow. Cloudiness will begin to increase in the evening from the west and on the night of Monday in many places from west to east it will rain.

Sunny weather will prevail in the mountains. Cloudiness will increase in the afternoon hours, but by the evening it will remain almost rain-free. A light to moderate wind will blow from the north-northeast. The maximum temperature at a height of 1,200 m will be about 23°C, at 2,000 m - about 16°C.

Sunny weather will prevail over the Black Sea. There will be more significant temporary increases in cloudiness over the southern regions and in some places it will rain.  The maximum temperatures will be between 28° and 31°C, and of the sea water - around 26°C. 

It will be mostly sunny in the Balkans before noon. After noon, cumulus and cumulus-rain clouds will develop and rain will fall in Serbia and Romania overnight on Monday. In Athens it will be 33 °C, in Bucharest – 32°C, in Belgrade and Istanbul – 30°C.
