Fashion show of Bulgarian folk costumes takes place within the frameworks of a wine exhibition in Pleven

The town of Pleven (Central North Bulgaria) hosted a fashion show entitled “Bulgarian National Costumes”. The event took place within the frameworks of the wine exhibition “Storgozia”. The performance is authored by historians. It is organized by the Municipality of Pleven and is based on the largest ethnographic collection of national costumes in the country, owned by the Regional Historical Museum in Pleven. Artists from the Northern Ensemble for Folk Songs and Dances "Ivan Valev" presented folk costumes from the six ethnographic regions of Bulgaria. The performance is expected to be presented to tourist groups visiting the town, the BNR’s correspondent Latinka Svetozarova reported.

The wine exhibition "Storgozia" continues today in the park of the Regional Historical Museum in Pleven.
