Weather forecast for 6 September

Heavy rains stop in most of the country

Clouds will decrease over most of the country overnight and the forecast is for mostly clear weather. Wednesday will be sunny in northern Bulgaria, while over the southern part of the country there will be variable cloud, often significant, with brief showers in places. A light to moderate northeasterly wind will blow across eastern Bulgaria. Maximum temperatures will be between 24°C and 29°C, in Sofia around 24°C.

In the mountains, clouds will be considerable and in many places it will rain. There will be moderate winds from the east-northeast. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1, 200 m will be about 16°C, at 2,000 m - about 10°C.

There will be variable cloudiness over the Black Sea coast, more significant along the southern parts of the coast, where brief showers of rain are expected. A moderate northeast wind will blow. Maximum temperatures will be 25°-26°C and sea water temperatures 25°-26°C. Sea swell will be 3-4.
