All settlements on the territory of Tsarevo Municipality are now accessible. Car traffic on the bridge towards the village of Sinemorets has resumed. Traffic Police provided an alternative route through the villages of Brodilovo and Izgrev after the collapse of the only bridge connecting Tsarevo and Ahtopol.

There are no tourists in distress in the flooded areas, said Bulgaria’s Minister of Tourism Zaritza Dinkova, who met with people and hotel owners at the Nestinarka camping site, Daniela Kostadinova from BNR-Burgas reported. Teams from the Bulgarian Red Cross are distributing water, food, clothes and blankets, and are in coordination with the Municipal Crisis Headquarters, Tsarevo Municipality said.
