"The situation in Tsarevo is gradually returning to normal. I spoke with people from the crisis headquarters in Tsarevo this morning", said Prime Minister Nikolai Denkov, who is answering questions from citizens and journalists on Facebook. In his words, electricity and water have been completely restored, but there are problems with drinking water and roads in the flooded area on the southern Black Sea coast.  "Holidaymakers are slowly leaving with the help of the Ministry of Interior. There are still difficulties due to destroyed bridges and damaged road surfaces", Premier Denkov added.

Nikolay Denkov also said that an investigation into the causes of the disaster has started. For this purpose, inspections of catchment areas and ravines have been launched. “We heard that the Prosecutor's Office has launched a self-initiated probe given that there are casualties. I expect that it will come up with a conclusion", Premier Denkov noted. He described the reaction of the institutions as instant.
